1. The service
Video Publisher Tool ("the app") is a personal utility operated by its owner for uploading videos to the owner's own YouTube channels via the official YouTube Data API. The app is not offered as a public service and does not accept registrations from third parties.
2. Acceptable use
The app is used solely by its owner to manage the owner's own content. The owner agrees to use the app in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. Content uploaded through the app must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
3. Authorization
The app accesses YouTube only through Google OAuth 2.0 with scopes explicitly granted by the owner. The owner may revoke this access at any time through their Google account settings.
4. Intellectual property
The owner retains all rights to videos and content uploaded through the app. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the owner's content to any other party.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" for personal use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for upload failures, API changes, account actions taken by YouTube, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.
